Campaigns Assistant

Job description

We are looking for a Campaigns Assistant in Hertfordshire for 6 months, on a full time basis. This role will support the communications team with their campaigns work.

Duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the Campaign and email inbox, responding to enquires with support of Campaigns Manager.
Follow up with companies who have registered an interest in installing the campaign sign with resources/partnership pack and support implementation.
Follow up on organisations that are yet to install and further campaign work to get them on board.
Assist in the preparation and dissemination of campaign briefings and supportive materials for relevant staff and volunteers.
Proof read content and identify appropriate images for campaign assets.
Assist the Campaigns Manager in monitoring, analysing and reporting on the impact of our campaigns.
Support on maximising reactive opportunities to encourage our campaigners to have a say on what matters to them most.
Work in conjunction with Campaigns Manager to ensure campaign liaison cross other teams and departments.
Attend meetings and events when required, necessitating travel within the UK, occasionally working outside of regular hours and with occasional overnight stays.

Skills and experience:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Highly organised and efficient with the ability to manage a wide range of tasks and work well under pressure.
Experience of working in an administration role managing external enquires and supporting a team/organisation.
Experience of managing own workload to meet deadlines.
