The British Association of Dermatologists (BAD) is a professional body of international specialists in dermatology formed to promote and represent the best interests of dermatologists and patients affected by diseases of the skin.
The BAD was formed in 1920 and in 1923 the membership was just 53. Today, there are over 2,000 members from both the UK and overseas and the functions of the BAD are changing and growing. Services have developed into other fields such as practical public education, research and service delivery.
We have a highly capable and committed team of 41 staff, a turnover of 5.4m and assets of 10m, as well as owning the freehold of our headquarters in London.

In delivering this, the CEO will be supported by an engaged Board, a strong and established SMT, and will have the opportunity to appoint to a new Deputy CEO role in the near future.
