Commercial Marketing Manager

A fantastic opportunity to join an iconic music venue and a hub of inspiration in Camden, London. In this newly created role, the Commercial Marketing Manager will manage marketing for gigs, supporting new and emerging artists, young creatives and B2B events.

You will lead on two key areas: devising and implementing dynamic, data-driven marketing activity to maximise ticket sales across their infamous live music programme and to develop a new B2B marketing strategy that will generate new business for their internationally-recognised space for hire and commercial events arm.

You will also line manage the Marketing Assistant.

 

The ideal candidate will have the following skills;

● Proven experience in commercial marketing, sales, audience development and engagement, delivering strong, multi-faceted campaigns which meet or exceed target.

● Experience of budget management and contributing to financial forecasting.

● Direct experience of the UK live music, events or entertainment industry.

● A commercial mindset, with the ability to think innovatively about revenue generation and cross-departmental activity to drive sales.

● A creative thinker, strong at initiating new ideas and concepts and encouraging this in others. 

● Mentoring or management experience would be ideal.

 

Location- Camden, London.

Hybrid working- 2-3 days in the office.

Salary- £34,000, plus 25 days holiday.

Full-time, permanent role.
