An International Non-Governmental Organisation are looking for a Commercial Sales Programme Advisor. This role sits within the Technical Services Department in the London Support Office with the primary objective of enabling Country Programmes to deliver their Commercial Sales& Social Marketing plans. This role contributes to the charity's commercial sales objectives by facilitating effective project & sales management; supporting the design of proposals for new funding and building strategies to improve Country Programme capacity in Sales & marketing of products for social good.

Person specification

Worked in a commercial, analytical or finance team for 3+ years
Degree Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics are preferred major fields
Proven work experience in a quantitatively-heavy role. Strong quantitative and analytical competency. Highly numerate and able to present financial and non-financial information to management for decision making
Advanced proficient in excel with strong analytical skill
Strong commercial mindset, understanding the drivers of profitability Financial and programmatic management experience
Project Management demonstrate ability to design, implement and monitor project
Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to present and organise information in a compelling way.
Ability to work well with others in a team environment and across disciplines and cultures and build relationships. Ability to remotely influence, coach and mentor remote teams
Ability to manage a heavy and fluctuating workload.
