You will be part of a lean, entrepreneurial team. As Communications and Marketing Manager, you will lead both the strategy and execution of all communication and marketing activities, developing strategies and creating assets that raise awareness and affinity with the organisations work amongst key stakeholder audiences. The charity’s communications engage audiences around the world, including donors, media, policy makers and young people alike. This is an exciting time to join the small, collaborative team, with a lot of media attention.

I am looking to speak to a confident individual with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will have complete autonomy in your work, be driven by data and work closely with the CEO. Experience in the international development sector will be advantageous.

The role:

  • Build out and deliver the marketing and communications strategy for the Platinum Jubilee year and beyond, with delivery including through pro-bono services;
  • Create content and visual assets for, and manage social media channels, blog, newsletter and website;
  • Create, manage and optimise organic and paid campaigns on social media and Google (ad grant) in line with the strategy;
  • Create a media relations strategy,

Full-time, permanent role

Salary £40,000-£45,000 dependent on experience

Location- London 2 days a week, 3 days flexibly
