Job description

Harris Hill seek a Communications Assistant immediately, to support the work of an International Women's charity that works with survivors of war and conflict.

This amazing charity seek a a suitable candidate who could potentially start next week.

Supporting the Digital Content Producer, you will help by providing the following duties:

Support the Digital Content Producer to create website content, including copy-writing, page editing and design, managing the sign-off process for webpage content
Create compelling and engaging content for our social media channels, to deliver content plan and meet agreed KPIs.
Produce high quality multimedia content for the website and social media channels, including photo editing, gifs and simple graphics.
Build and design campaign emails using the email distribution system (Marketing Cloud).
Support the thanking process for all individual donors
Support any member of the team with administrative work as needed.
Support Press and PR function, to include producing coverage books of media coverage and updating the media tracker.
Catalogue digital assets (photos, case studies and videos) and upload to digital asset management system.
Undertake any other duties appropriate to the post as required by your line manager.
