Christians Against Poverty exist to equip the local Church to serve the poor and reach the lost in their community.

CAP offer a highly effective collection of services which enables them to break through the crippling spiral of poverty, isolation and stress evident across the UK. In its place, they deliver hope, peace and freedom through their excellent and compassionate service.

Christians Against Poverty offer debt advice through their network of Debt Centres, assistance finding employment through Job Clubs, and valuable tools for living through Life Skills. By offering these services in partnership with the Church, they also see over 1,000 people a year come to know Jesus and find belonging in the church family.

Christians Against Poverty are looking for a Communications Integration Partner to join the team on a permanent basis.

Christians Against Poverty Communications Integration Partner

Location: Hybrid working 2 days in the Head Office (Bradford) and 3 days remote (negotiable)

Salary: £28,247 - £30,815 plus excellent benefits

Contract: Permanent

The Communications Integration Partner will join the Brand Strategy team, who are the the owners, creators and developers of CAP's brand that means being totally tuned in to what CAP look and sound like. The team weave together compelling visual and written content that engages, inspires and motivates the organisations many audiences. They resource, advise and empower the charity to ensure they are presenting a public face that consistently promotes CAP's mission. The Communications Integration Partner works with audience, campaign and channel leads across the organisation to help them reach their goals through excellent communications and digital engagement. They partner with teams throughout the charity to develop audience-centred communications and engagement plans, building on organisation-wide strategies. While the role sits in the Brand Strategy team, the role will work closely with all C&DE teams Brand Strategy, Digital Engagement and PR & News

The successful candidate will have experience in a communications role which has involved developing and leading on multi-audience communications and engagement strategies. You will have the knowledge and skills to build relationships with teams across the organisation to enable effective collaboration and deliver an organisation wide strategy. Due to the values of this organisation this vacancy is open to practicing Christians only (exempt under the Equality Act 2010 Schedule 9, Part 1).
