Harris Hill are delighted to be supporting an impactful national health charity in their search for a Communications Lead.

This is an exciting role that will see you join a large and high performing team to lead the media and talent function, developing a proactive and integrated strategy and supporting the team with delivery.

You’ll be a seasoned PR professional with a flair for national media campaigns and a track record in raising the profile and awareness of an organisation through positive coverage.

Confident in your ability and able to thrive in high pressure environments, you will exercise good judgement and support the organisation with crisis comms brand reputation.

An experienced Manager, you will hit the ground running offering support and guidance to your growing team of two (PR & Media Manager/PR & Media Exec) in order to motivate and develop them in their roles.

A creative individual with strong writing skills you will create and edit compelling copy following key messaging and selecting appropriate tone of voice.

Adaptable in your approach you will also support in areas such as celebrity ambassadors, internal communications and editorial work too.

This charity currently support over 900,000 people living with dementia in the UK, a number expected to rise to 1 million by 2025. The charity’s specialist nurses provide life changing support to the families affected by all forms of dementia, including Alzheimer’s. Looking to recruit more nurses to widen their reach and increase their impact this role will play a vital role in not just raising awareness of the organisation but also in recruiting new specialist nurses.

Salary                  - £48,410

Location              - London (Hybrid working pattern)

Contract              - Permanent (Full Time)
