Communications Officer

Job description

Harris Hill is working with a national children's charity to supply an experienced Communications Officer for 2-3 months, on a full time basis.

Duties include:
Main Responsibilities

To plan, deliver and evaluate internal communications programmes that engage and motivate our people.
Business partnering with Services (Local Services and other departments) and People (Performance, Learning and Development, Reward and Recognition, Property and other departments) to deliver communication plans.
To help develop and deliver the agreed team strategy, plans, and standards, using an inclusive and accessible approach.
To work effectively with teams across the organisation to develop and coordinate internal communications activities which join up to paint the bigger picture.
To contribute to the Marketing and Communications function's purpose of ensuring that all communication is of an appropriate high standard, consistent with the organisation brand and key messages.
