An incredible Oxford-based International Education Charity are in search of a Community Events Associate, and Harris Hill are delighted to assist them with their search. If you’re an experienced events manager with a passion for working with amazing young people, then we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will oversee, end to end, the delivery of the organisation’s main residential summit – including all data collection, travel and visa arrangements, sourcing and booking venues and external vendors, logistics management, budget planning and the development of an operational playbook. You will work with both the UK and New York offices, and maintain exceptional working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

To be considered for the role you must have:

  • Strong events management experience, particularly high-profile and large scale events (an understanding of international events is advantageous.)

  • Experience of and a real passion for working with young people.

  • A keen understanding of the not-for-profit space and a passion for the organisation’s cause.

  • A positive attitude, and excellent relationship building skills.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 p.a.

Contract Type: 2-year FTC, full time.

Location: Oxford, hybrid – in office 2 days per week. Some international and national travel may be required.
