Community Fundraising Manager - Berkshire, Oxford, Bucks

Job description

Harris Hill are delighted to be teaming up with the regional Community Fundraising teams in the East of England at a large national children's charity. They are looking for a new Community Fundraising Manager based in Berkshire, Oxfordshire or Buckinghamshire. This role is essential in building up key community support across the region.

Operating from home, you will work as part of the Community & Events Fundraising Team, contributing to fundraising initiatives in the East Region. The post-holder will be required to travel across the patch and to the charity's Head Office in London for team meetings.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of success in developing relationships in order to achieve results within a fundraising, sales or marketing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Well-developed ability to proactively lead, develop and manage relationships with individuals/groups both internally and externally, and achieve objectives through these relationships.
