Compliance Administrator (Part-time)

Job description

A charity based in South West London are looking for a Compliance Administrator(part-time).The compliance administrator will put in place a robust system of documentation (structure and content) ensure that the charity is compliant with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, maintaining and revising policies and procedures for the general operation of the charity.


Key responsibilities
Responsible to the CEO & COO
Working with the charity's Project Manager and Charity Secretary
Mission Control for administration pulling together the charity's programmes administration and document systems.
Management of the Database
Management of the Website
Provide support to 3rd parties fundraising
Ensure a strong administrative support structure to future-proof charity.


Personal profile
Capable of taking initiative and developing solutions
Flexible and enthusiastic self-starter
Able to work on your own initiative as well as within a team
Attention to detail
Familiarity with operational, financial, quality assurance, and human resource procedures and regulations
