A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Content Lead to build a strategy for an exciting new product, within a leading disability charity.
Please note, this role is initially set as a 12month FTC and can be based in the Charity's London HQ, be fully remote or a mix of both.
As Content Lead for the charity’s innovative digital-first programme for business inclusion, you will work to create, deliver and evolve a successful content strategy based on complex audience and business requirements.
Working closely with the charity’s Research and Insight, Digital, Marketing, Comms and Delivery teams, you will build a robust audience-led strategy and develop a sales funnel that demonstrates that the content the team creates generates impact, reach, and income.
Experience in working on a content strategy that acquires, retains and engages customers and evidence of working on a sales funnel and developing user journeys for a varied audience are both key. You’ll be line-managing two members of staff, so the ability to inspire, lead and mentor is crucial. Excellent knowledge of SEO, google analytics and in analysing and reporting on results is also needed.
