Corporate Fundraising Officer

Job description

A great opportunity has arisen for a temporary Corporate Fundraising Officer role for a health related charity in order to cover period of approximately 2 months.
The Corporate Development Officer will join the Corporate Development Team to support the growth and development our corporate income stream.
The ideal candidate has experience of account and event management, has excellent organisational and communication skills, and is able to prioritise a busy workload to ensure that deadlines are met.
This is an exciting role to work with a range of corporate partners and provide account management support and maximise funds raised.

In order to apply you should have the following skills and experience:

Experience in a similar or related role
Experience of using a database (preferably Raisers Edge).
Experience in account management and customer-led environment
Proven ability to present and sell projects and promotional ideas over the telephone and face-to-face.
Strong written skills for sales proposals, applications and donation asks to external parties.
Strong presentation skills for pitches to a range of audiences.
Account management and/or event management skills.
Confidence and ability to network with senior and influential people.
Ability to research new business and convert to fundraising results.
Tact, diplomacy and an ability to maintain confidentiality.
