Corporate Partnership Executive

Job description

A great opportunity has arisen for a temporary Corporate Partnerships Executive for a leading cancer related charity in order to cover period of 5 months.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Provide excellent admin support across the entire team.
Provide excellent account management support on a range of corporate partnerships.
Support on the coordination of CRM and Till Point Product activity within our partnerships.
Co-ordinate cross team activity for campaigns
Co-ordinate the production, distribution and mailing of information and fundraising packs.
Assisting with the organisation of specific events, meetings and activities.
Taking responsibility for the storage and distribution of merchandise and materials. Ensuring that full records are kept of stock levels, stock ordering and invoicing.
Supporting the team on managing our contracts process.
Responsible for thanking our supporters.
Organising meetings and travel arrangements for the team.
Supporting the team on managing and recording our finances including invoicing support.

In order to apply you should have the following skills and experience:

Administrative experience in a busy office environment
Experience of handling calls from external partners
Experience of calling supporters or prospective supporters
Previous experience of supporting a busy team or within a customer service role
Knowledge of Raiser s Edge or a similar CRM database
Experience of maintaining processes and procedures
Strong relationship management or customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
Good IT skills including proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to use own initiative, prioritise and demonstrate problem solving approach
Adaptable and resourceful able to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines, whilst responding to multiple demands from a variety of sources
