Customer Relationship Manager

Job description

An established charity are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will manage and develop commercial relationships with clients at a senior level as part of the Commercial Services team. This includes existing and new business clients as well as contributing to the development and delivery of the commercial plan for Commercial Services which includes commercial transcription, digital consultancy, product consultancy and training.  The post-holder can be based in London or Peterborough.


Key responsibilities
Deliver the budgeted commercial income and net contribution for your clients and sectors as part of the Commercial Services team.
Support delivering the Commercial Services strategy and plan to contribute to the overall to the charity's strategy and business plan.
Effective management of key commercial relationships and contracts at a senior level in order to retain and grow business with existing customers and to aquire new customers in agreed sectors.
Develop business to business services that meet the needs of charity's cause.

Person specification
Experienced in a B2B Customer Relationship Manager with the ability to develop strong relationships at a senior level.
Experience working with B2B customers in a regulated service e.g energy, finance, insurance.
Highly developed negotiating and influencing skills,
Ability to deliver on income targets and profitability.
Financially astute with experience of managing and monitoring budgets and forecasts.
Experienced at presenting to new and existing clients in an engaging, credible and confident manner.
Provide regular reporting on activity and performance to senior management and clients.
