A charity based in East London are looking for a Data Analytics Senior Analyst. This is a key role in the drive to make evidence based decisions to improve the fundraising initiatives, investments, planning and overall performance.
Key responsibilities
To design, build, maintain and improve Management Information which helps teams to drive performance.
Provide analysis which supports and informs the identification, qualification, successful implementation and evaluation of business improvement projects.
To maximise income by sharing knowledge, specialist expertise and experience of a specialist business support area with others, in order to add value to cross-market fundraising activities
To undertake specific projects as necessary or as required to support the team and / or Fundraising as a whole.

Person specification
Experience in using a CRM, such as Raisers Edge.
Highly developed ability to apply effective numeracy skills in recording, interpreting, analysing and presenting data in clear and accurate formats to meet desired outcomes.
Significant experience with Microsoft Excel to query and analyse data.
Substantial experience in information provision, monitoring and analysis, data recording and reporting.
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills to understand, interpret and present complex information in a clear and persuasive way for a range of audiences.
