Data and Insight Manager 

This role will be working for a charity to help people experiencing homelessness in South-West London.

The successful candidate will be the central support in the organisation for all data management, reporting & insights as well as taking a lead with the development of the organisations data systems. With a Salesforce CRM system. You must be able to manage, administer and develop systems to meet the growing needs of the organisation. Working across directorates to support the SMT with GDPR compliance and reporting

Responsibilities

Be responsible for the procurement of IT hardware, manage orders and budgets

Ensure the effective operation of client, rent module and fundraising salesforce databases

Respond to users requests and provide first-line support for all In-Form technical queries and liaise with Homeless link to resolve technical problems

Develop quality assurance processes and systems to manage compliance Data Quality

Set-up accounts, individual and class permissions and page layouts for staff

Identify areas for service improvement and recommend technical solutions to managers and users

Use Excel functions to transform data for data loading

Develop In-Form to reflect new funding streams and reporting requirements

Data transfer management  in line with any new business

Provide analysis of data and report to senior management team on trends and areas for organisational development and improvement

Identify and provide reports and dashboards for operational staff and managers to identify incomplete tasks

Monitor GDPR compliance  providing reports to SMT

Essential skills

ADM201 certificate essential and must have experience of building systems

Knowledge of In-Form or similar Salesforce-based database is essential

Experience of managing a database

Proficient in Microsoft office systems including Excel, Word and Outlook

A very good understanding of the legal framework of GDPR
