I am currently looking for an efficient and experienced Data & Insights Officer for an amazing disability charity. The successful post holder will deliver high quality data extracts to support the fundraising, campaigning and support activities using Faststats.

Key Accountabilities:
Business plan implementation
Delivering high quality data selections to requesting teams
Managing imports and data cleaning processes
Deliver reporting and insight services
Supporting information related projects as required
Monitoring and reporting on performance

Detailed Responsibilities:
Business plan implementation
Deliver high quality data selections to requesting teams
Work with data requesting users to understand requirements and provide practical solutions
Deliver complex, segmented data extracts on time as required
Use the data ticketing system to manage workflow of requests
Ensure that constituent contact preferences are followed
Adhere to data protection and other relevant legislation

Manage imports and data cleaning processes:
Work with external data processing agencies to import new and write-back data accurately and promptly.
Process regular write-back data from internal systems such as email responses.
Run regular cleaning processes to maintain data integrity.

Deliver reporting and insight services:
Produce clear and detailed reports from varied data sets across a broad range of organisational activity including fundraising, campaigning and service delivery.
Interrogate data sets to deliver concise, valuable insight and recommended actions.

Support information related projects as required
Administration functions on systems covered by the IS team
Provide 1st line and/or 2nd line technical support on various systems
