I am excited to be working with an amazing women's health charity in search of a temporary part time (2 - 3 days per week) Interim Data Officer for an important project.
As Data Officer you will need to understand how data is imported through Importacular, be able to create new imports from scratch using ImportOmatic, including creating data dictionaries, virtual fields and conditionality, testing the imports, as well as writing clear process notes any other member of staff to follow.

Specific skills and experience required include:
Creation of imports: Experience of setting up imports through ImportOmatic from scratch for Raiser's Edge NXT (required). Understanding how imports work through Importacular (preferred)
Streamlining of imports: Be able to create data dictionaries and virtual fields to help streamline import processes as well as ensure data quality is maintained. (essential)
Customisations: ImportOmatic are building a customisation to allow for granularity for consents, therefore an understanding of how customisations work and can be applied is essential.
Testing: Ability to test the newly created imports and check data has been imported correctly and cleanly (essential)
Process notes: Able to write clear and concise process notes for each import (essential)
Database and IT skills: Strong IT skills, including the use of Excel to manipulate data (essential). Strong database skills, including processes architecture and hierarchies (essential).
