Are you looking for a Database/Administration role?

I am working with an amazing health charity in search of a Database Team Administrator for a 4 - 6 week temporary assignment to start ASAP!

This is a full time hybrid position and you would need to be able travel to the charity's offices in Kennington three days a week.

The role involves data entry and manipulation and ideally you would have Raiser's Edge experience, and/or Importomatic experience. But most importantly be confident using Excel to accurately and efficiently enter and manipulate data ready to be imported to the CRM.

You will also be responsible for general admin tasks, opening post and dealing with donations.

Main duties:
Opening the post and recording the details of any donations in a spreadsheet, scanning the correspondence and cheques to be stored electronically
Downloading data from different platforms and manipulating it ready to import onto our database
Adding constituent and donation records to our database manually, and via imports
Cleaning data on our database to ensure records are accurate, properly formatted and capture the full information necessary
