Job description

A not for profit organisation in London, seek a Digital Assistant ASAP for 3 weeks, to help with the following:

Keep events listing is up to date.
Keep eye on social media wall to ensure maximum value
Deal with Volunteers' Week inbox answer enquires & deal with / refer on technical issues.
Assist with editing content for the week.
Twitter alongside team, manage promotion specifically on events.
Facebook Source stories and promote event.
Instagram Source images and promote event.
Assist either engagement of Working group keep eye on their social media and promote.
Assist with internal comms promotion yammer, physical posters etc

Other possible tasks:
Assist with launch event
Assist with events during the week (eg Twitter party, Twitter chat)

we really need someone with digital content experience (admin side), someone who can use social media and someone who can manage events admin.
