Digital Marketing Executive - Acquisition

An opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Executive – Acquisition to join the Supporter Engagement Team within a fantastic international children’s charity.

The Digital Marketing Executive – Acquisition, is a new role that solely focusses on the acquisition of new regular givers. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of  paid campaigns across a variety of digital channels.

Working with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager who leads on the Acquisition programme, you will play an important role in supporting the growth and success of the Individual Giving programme. You will set up and deliver key paid digital fundraising campaigns to recruit new supporters - managing multiple paid social campaigns from start to finish, you will directly recruit regular giving supporters as well as generating leads for telemarketing conversion. This will include creating new propositions, testing a range of creative approaches and audiences, optimising campaigns, reporting on results using a variety of direct marketing KPIs, and taking a data-led approach to your decision making.

The successful candidate will have some experience in direct marketing, preferably digital and will have used paid channels to drive response. The ability to create compelling content that resonate with relevant audiences is key as well as an understanding of email marketing and landing page optimisation. Experience using Facebook Business Manager and google analytics is vital, alongside a strong passion for digital marketing and fundraising!
