Digital Marketing Officer

Job description

A prestigious national medical research charity in London, seek a Digital Officer ASAP for 3 months.

Overall objectives of the job
The post-holder will:
Work as part of a team on digital content and marketing activities
Support the operation of our social media, website, email marketing, ecommerce and fundraising platforms
Develop (produce, edit and write) digital content across different media Engage and consult with people living with lung conditions and other stakeholders for blog content and social media
Participate in the monthly content meeting

Key responsibilities
Deliver digital content including email, social, blogs and other web content Ensure our digital outputs meet our organisational objectives and follow the business plan
Manage the website using the content management system
Provide editorial support for all our digital content
Manage our online fundraising and campaigning platform and our ecommerce system


Skills and experience
Essential
Experience of digital communications and marketing
Excellent standard of written English and the ability to write and edit copy that is accessible, friendly and follows our house style
Knowledge of HTML and understanding of digital technologies.
Experience of using content management systems Drupal or similar
