Digital Support Officer

Job description

A national charity in London, seek a Digital Support Officer ASAP for 3 months, possibly longer.

The role will be to support the Digital Engagement Officer in communications through various channels, including social media, email and website and provide ad hoc admin support to the Engagement team. Also, to sort the comprehensive array of assets and populate a new asset library.

Duties:
Monitoring and creating content for social media channels
Uploading and creating content for the website
Building emails through Mailchimp
Designing graphics and gathering assets
Filtering, uploading and tagging content (photos, videos, case studies) to new asset library
Assisting Communications Manager with ongoing management of the asset library
Supporting the Digital Engagement Officer in an ad hoc manner
Supporting content planning for the Engagement team
Responding to enquiries

Essential Criteria
Social media skills experience on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
CSM experience managing a website
E-comms experience Mailchimp or Dotmailer
Competence in the use of IT tools including Outlook, Word, Excel
Ability to work independently
