I am thrilled to be supporting STOP THE TRAFFIK, in their quest to hire a newly created role of Group Director of Commercial and Marketing.

STOP THE TRAFFIK is a global non-profit organisation that has pioneered a systemic solution to disrupt human trafficking, using an intelligence led, technology driven approach. Unique in their approach/methodology is a global data hub, Traffik Analysis Hub, a non-competitive, secure platform to successfully collate, analyse, and share insight and trafficking case studies.

STOP THE TRAFFIK has been at the forefront of developing and delivering an intelligence-led approach to human trafficking prevention.  Their working model brings together high-level organisations, cutting edge technology and the drive and determination of teams of people passionate about the work they do.

As Director of Commercial and Marketing you will help them to achieve their strategic objectives. You will be a dynamic, strategic leader who can deliver the commercial growth and scaled impact required to reach their 2030 target. You will play a direct role in scaling organisational impact, to raise the risk and lower the profits of those who traffik and exploit.

I am keen to speak to individuals who have previous experience of creating strategies from scratch, who has led on organisational change or transformation projects and who are commercially minded, to forecast and manage budgets. The ideal candidate is likely to have developed their strategic and commercial acumen in the private sector or a fast paced not for profit or charity.

You will join a talented uniquely diverse executive and organisation and become part of a purpose driven culture with a highly supportive board of directors.

Salary £46,934 per annum

Full-time, permanent.

Hybrid, London.

The charity is based near Waterloo, however this role can be worked from home, with the ability to travel across London for regular meetings.
