normally have access to such opportunities. They want to open doors to everyone - with inclusivity, accessibility and empowerment at the heart of everything they do. Furthermore they want to support a network of creative relationships between artists, practitioners and communities both within and beyond the North East.

This role will lead on developing and implementing a fundraising strategy that reflects the organisation's vision, mission and values, and delivers the company's objectives and generates sustainable income.

To be considered for this role:

• Ability to show bringing in over £100k through a range of sources, ideally Major Donors, Trusts or Corporates.
• Experience of working on a strategy and line managing at least 1 person.
• A passion for the arts and making sure the arts are accessible to all.

Salary is £40,000 - £42,000+
