Job Title -Development Director
Salary 70,000- 75,000

An amazing opportunity has become available at a leading mental health charity to become their new Director of Development on a permanent basis. As part of the SMT, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring the organisation reach its aims and objectives, which are to make sure young people get the possible support to overcome life's challenges.

The role will be accountable for the majority of income generation within the charity and will lead and develop a talented team to continue the organisations income growth and ensuring effective integration and collaboration across the organisation.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record at senior level in a similar capacity, have experience of leading high performing teams. In addition, you will have an entrepreneurial and innovative outlook and a creative approach to income generation.
