Harris Hill are recruiting for a Director of Finance on 3.5 days a week for this Elderly Care Charity based in Hertfordshire.

This is a 3.5 day a week position, leading finance and being a key member of the Senior Leadership Team with responsibilities related to the strategic planning, development, co-ordination and management of the Charity and its subsidiary companies' financial resources.

The position is to provide high quality financial analysis, financial management and financial risk management, putting systems and controls assurance in place.

You will be a Qualified Accountant with 4-5 years post qualification work experience including financial and management accounting, Business planning and budget setting at strategic level. Financial strategy development and implementation extensive experience of use of computerised systems.
