Harris Hill are recruiting for a Director of Finance and Operations for this well-established Charity based in East London.

The position requires someone with sound financial management, effective financial systems and wider experience to be a key member of the Senior Management Team, working closely with the CEO to nurture and strengthen all of the charities assets; its people, culture, premises, finances, technologies and infrastructure to deliver an ambitious strategic plan.

You will be a qualified accountant with excellent hands-on financial management, with experience of managing a small team, and have the aptitude to lead the development of the full range of support services (HR, IT, Risk and Facilities).

This requires a collaborative leadership style and the ability to develop teams to their full potential. With a strong can-do attitude, you will combine practical, hands-on skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to manage change and achieve positive outcomes.
