A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join ellenor as their new Director of Income Generation.

ellenor is the only hospice charity in Kent caring for all ages. Rated `Outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), their services include adult in-patient care, day therapy, Children's respite and hospice at home care for children and adults. In addition, ellenor provide a wide range of Wellbeing services and support for Carers. ellenor has 14 charity shops across Kent and Bexley, selling a wide range of new and donated goods.

They are looking for an exceptional, visionary individual to join the Executive Leadership team as the new Director of Income Generation. They have recently embarked on a journey to roll out their ambitious new Strategic Plan.

You will be responsible for developing and leading on the Income Generation Strategy, including the Retail Division, as well as identifying opportunities for growth and an increase in the net return.

To be considered for this role you must be a strong and inspirational leader with demonstrable experience of working successfully at a strategic level in a medium/large organisation with evidence of success in raising significant levels of funds. You must have proven commercial and business acumen and the ability to manage change. You must be a leader of people as well as a collaborative team player.
