Director of Marketing, Communications and PR

Harris Hill are delighted to be supporting a well loved organisation in their search for a Director of Communications, Marketing and PR.

This well-established charity provide practical and emotional support to individuals and their families suffering with cancer. Through a range of services and spaces they make cancer more manageable and are on a journey of growth, looking to expand their reach and impact to ensure everyone suffering has access to their support.

Keen to ensure this growth is a success, Marketing, Communications and PR will be integral in hitting their objectives to raise the awareness, reputation and reach of the charity. Therefore, this role will act as a key member of the SLT and advise the CEO and wider organisation to bring a Communications lens into critical strategy.  

You will have solid experience in senior Marketing, Communications and PR roles with the passion and ability to lead and support a high performing team and advise SLT as the most senior Marcomms person for an organisation.

You will be a strategic thinker who will lead and shape the organisational strategy on reputation and engagement to meet wider objectives.  

You will create and drive an internal culture which prioritises and promotes the importance of communications, messaging and voice to establish the organisations brand externally.  

You will be a passionate leader who will motivate the wider team to ensure its continued success and strong reputation across the organisation as a highly skilled expert advisory function.

Salary: £55,000 to £66,000 (dependent on experience)

Location: London

Contract: Permanent
