EA to CEO

Job description

I am currently looking for an outstanding PA for an amazing health charity. This role will see you as first point of contact for the Chief Executive, Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Team. This is a great opportunity for the right PA to join the team and hit the ground running!

Key Responsibilities:
Act as first point of contact for the Chief Executive, handling enquiries from internal & external stakeholders
Diary management for the CEO ensuring all appointments are recorded & communicated accurately, making meeting room, travel & accommodation bookings as necessary
Prepare meeting briefings as required
Manage the documentation of the Chief Executive's office
Organise & prepare the agenda and documentation for Executive Team meetings, including taking minutes & action plans
Support the CEO/Executive Team with responsibilities concerning internal & external committees
Assist with the administration of major projects led by the CEO or Executive Team, organising meetings, collating papers and following up actions as needed

Support the Chair & Trustees:
Provide support to the Chair & Trustees with meeting arrangements & other matters related to their activity on behalf of the BLF
Organise the documentation, communications for the Board of Trustee meetings
Take minutes and action plans at the Board meetings
Provide support to the other Committees

Essential Skills & Experience:
Previous experience of working as an EA in a busy, high level role
Previous experience of minute taking at a senior/board level
Previous experience of complex diary management
Highly organised, able to manage time, juggle & prioritise conflicting demands
Ability to be discrete and remain confidential
