I am working with The British Society of Gastroenterology who are looking for a Research, International Committees Support Officer to support the effective implementation and development of the BSG Research and International Strategies and the effective operation of the Research, International Committees.

Previous experience working within a membership body.

Experience of minute-taking at meetings.

Good digital platforms awareness and understanding.

Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders; understanding their needs and the best channels to engage with them.

Excellent people and project management skills when working with committee members.

Ablility to prioritise across multiple.

Ablilty to work to tight timescales and manage conflicting demands.

A flexible approach to working hours may be required with potential scope to attend early or evening committee meetings.

Adhering to GDPR.

Working collegiately with team members.

Working in a professional manner with honesty and integrity.

Adaptability and flexibility to work in an environment of constant change.

Excellent communication and negotiating skills with people at different levels (both verbal and written).
