Email Marketing Officer

Harris Hill is delighted to be working with a great charities charity, in finding an Email Marketing Officer, ASAP for 6 months. The role is full time but will conisder 3/4dpw also.

The Email Marketing Officer will play a key role in the Marketing & Digital team with specific responsibility for managing and delivering a busy email communication schedule and leading on the integration of our email system (Communicator) with a new CRM (Microsoft Dynamics). They will manage the way we interact with our key audiences via email to achieve long term engagement resulting in more people: joining and engaging with our networks; learning through our qualifications; and attending our events and conferences.

We are looking for the following skills and experiences:
Excellent copywriting skills, which you can adapt for different audiences
Experience of working with databases, including inputting and segmenting data
Experience with integrating email systems with CRM
Experience of email delivery platforms for direct marketing
Experience of working with a range of stakeholders while project managing and delivering successful email campaigns
Experience of integrating email plans with a range of digital and social media channels to communicate with different audiences
Good understanding of marketing principles and data protection regulations
Experience of using design packages such as InDesign and Photoshop (desirable)
Experience of working with a charity or community or campaigning organisation (desirable)
