Harris Hill are delighted to be supporting a well know beloved national children's charity in their search for their next Engagement and Stewardship Lead. This role is integral to the Major Gifts team. As Engagement & Stewardship Manager, you and your team will deliver the events and stewardship
activities that attract and motivate the organisation's high value supporters.

This role's purpose is to maximise income and support from high value prospects and donors through the delivery and promotion of innovative and high-quality engagement and stewardship events and activities. The role will also be responsible in delivering a strategy to engage and steward the charity's highest-level supporters and influencers, providing senior supporters with a consistent supporter experience

The postholder will line manage 4 people and will have a mix of doing the strategy and getting stuck in with some of the stewardship.

To apply you will need to:

  • Experience of developing, delivering and promoting high quality stewardship practice and activities.
  • Substantial experience of success in growing a portfolio of and delivering large and small engagement events, leading to increased income through donations
