Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Contract: Full-time, perm

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with one of the leading International Development charities. Our client are dedicated to stopping poverty, tackling the root causes of the issue and making sure woman and girls are at the heart of everything they do.

We are looking an EU Partnership Manager who will lead work to grow and manage institutional

income from EU Development Aid (DEVCO and EU Delegations). The EU Partnership Manager will act and represent the charity, strengthening the charities positioning, relationships and strategic engagement with the EU DEVCO. You must have significant proven senior-level experience in an EU institutional funding role.

This role will manage the EU fundraising and engagement strategy development and implementation, external representation and relationship management, new business development, donor account management, oversight of the EU grant portfolio and coordination of the EU fundraising approach across the federation.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must be a natural leader able to manage a team of two. You will be an excellent relationship builder who can both develop and implement the EU engagement and funding strategy whilst also supporting EU affiliate offices. You will also be well experienced in account management of donors, being able to implement effective performance indicators against EU fundraising and grants.
