European Partner/Stakeholder Coordinator

Job description

I am excited to be working with an amazing refugee support charity searching for a European Partner/Stakeholder Coordinator on a 3 month FTC.
As the European Partner/Stakeholder Coordinator you will lead on fostering, coordinating and managing relationships with partners on the ground in Europe as the organisation scheme to help families from the Ukraine goes to scale, ensuring collaborative ways of working between groups and ensuring that the programme meets its aims. This role will be the key conduit providing relevant important updates to key stakeholders as well as feeding back important messages and updates coming back from partners on the ground.

Core Capability Requirements:
Stakeholder management and liaison to support in the identification and mapping of all stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests and responding accordingly
To effectively manage stakeholder engagement through the various phases of the programme, developing, maintaining, and prioritizing relationships of identified stakeholders in order to best achieve the goals of the programme
To identify the most effective ways to build stakeholder understanding of the programme and work with teams to create
To set up and meet frequently with external stakeholders to ensure they understand relevant aspects of the programme and to manage expectations in terms of timescales of engagement, requirements, input, and feedback mechanisms
To set up and attend meetings with partner and potential partner organisations and represent Reset and the programme in line with agreed strategy and messaging
To work in an integrated manner with all teams, especially comms team in the development and execution of all communication activities - key messages, updates etc
To provide regular updates on the status of partner activities on the ground and the position of key stakeholders in meetings or status reports
Act as a single point of contact for European partners and all programmatic matters
Maintain quality record keeping and storing of project documentations - meeting minutes/ notes, agendas, feedback etc
