Harris Hill is delighted to be assisting to recruit a new Events Manager based in Holborn, for the World Obesity Federation

Location: London
Salary: c. 40,000
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Role Overview:
Delivery of events from conception to completion and the management of full WOF events portfolio

Key responsibilities will include:
-Review event proposal and follow SOP's for approval and implementation
-Assist with the programme development
-Audio visual and App management
-Produce marketing collateral, overseeing all online and offline marketing, as per strategy
-Cross market at WOF and external events
-Explore new opportunities from conception to completion
-Build and maintain relations with sponsors and exhibitors raise a minimum of 20k in sponsorship & exhibition

In order to apply for this position, you should have the following skills and experience:
-Significant experience within events management
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
-Proven experience of sponsorship generation
-Experience of End to End Events
-Conference events experience
-Ability to build strong relationships
