Finance and Administrative Officer

Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance and Administrative Officer to contribute to the effective running of the charity via accurate and efficient day to day delivery of financial accounting and administrative services.

As Finance and Administrative Officer, you will:
-Efficiently deliver day to day financial accounting, including ensuring all entries are made onto the finance system
-Maintain financial files and records
-Assist with the budget setting process
-Work closely with the Head of Finance and Business Support and other team members to ensure all contracts are accurate and up to date

The successful applicant will:
-Have demonstrable experience within finance in a similar role
-Have experience of preparing management reports and maintaining budgets
-Have experience in payroll preparation
-Have excellent communication, both written and verbal
