Finance & Executive Support Officer

Job description

Harris Hill is proud to be working along with a charitable organisation that actively support, help, and encourage people to find routes into employment opportunities.

This is a One-Year Fix Term Contract that will support the functions of:


- The accounts department including:
Banking

Invoice Payments
Payroll
Assets
Depreciation
the HR department including:
Recruitment
Onboarding (training & induction training)


- The IT department including:
Liaising with IT support


- General duties including:
Liaising with the CEO and setting up meetings for the team
taking meeting notes
logistics
Safeguarding etc


Knowledge & Skills:
High-level communication skills (both written and oral)
Excellent attention to detail.
numerically confident
Excellent IT skills
First-class administrative skills
Excel - intermediate to advance

Experience:
Worked independently or as part of a team with-in the finance team of a Charity/NGO

Qualifications:
Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
