Finance Manager - 12 month FTC

Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to be responsible for contributing towards the financial sustainability of a community based charity.

Please note, this role is initially set as a 12 month FTC with the possibility of going permanent and is 30 hours per week / 4 days per week. Salary on show is FTE including London Weighting. 

As Finance Manager you will:
-Have particular responsibility with budget management, overseeing financial transactions and supervise the work of the Finance Officer(s)
-Generate budgets, revenue streams and cash flow forecasts that are fitting and comprehensive
-Oversee the production of financial reports and analysis
-Develop filing systems to ensure completeness of data and readiness for audit

The successful applicant will:
-Have significant demonstrable experience within finance and be professionally qualified or be studying towards (part qualified)
-Have a minimum of 3 years' experience of managing a finance team
-Be fully competent in the use of financial computer systems and experience of working with multiple excel spreadsheets
-Have excellent communication and presentation skills
