Finance Manager

Job description

Harris Hill are currently working with a great charity based in London, SE1 to help secure an interim Finance Manager for 3 months, paying up to 37k.
The purpose of the role is to support the Finance team to carry out a wide range of accounting and financial administration tasks.


The key responsibilities of the role include:

Lead the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, reports to Trustees and tax returns
Oversee quarterly VAT returns and lead thinking on tax approach.
Perform monthly control account reconciliations
Assist with the production of monthly and year-end accounts and departmental budget reports

The key skills and experiences include:

Experience in budgeting, consolidation and currency management experience
Significant experience of managing staff members
Experience in the preparation of statutory accounts in charities SORP format
Charity sector experience would be an advantage
