Fundraising and Communications Manager

Job description

I am delighted to be working with a wonderful small disability charity in their search for their Fundraising Manager. They are a small, but highly successful and expanding community charity in West London, providing a personalised programme of education, life and social skills, vocational and employment training. You will be leading on developing their corporate programme and working on bringing in new partnerships. The role is perfect for someone who wants to have a real tangible impact and work on developing a fundraising strategy. You will be able to take on a broad range of development and communications activities and to be part of the team which will take PIP to the next stage of its development.

You will be line managing two, so ideally you will have managed in a previous role. You also will need to have a natural flair for relationship building internally as well as externally. The ideal candidate will also have a strong knowledge base of a fundraising environment in relation to smaller charities. It is an exciting opportunity for a corporate fundraiser to diversify their portfolio and gain a real insight into the development of smaller organisations.

If you would like to receive a full job specification for these roles or have a confidential conversation, please send your cv to hannah.laking@harrishill.co.uk or call Hannah at Harris Hill on 0207 820 7331.

Salary is £35,000 - £40,000

Interviews will be held the week commencing the 24th of February.

Only suitable candidates will be contacted.

We look forward to hearing from you.
