Fundraising Assistant - Individual Giving

Job description

Harris Hill is working with a health/ medical charity, to source an interim Fundraising Assistant to support their Individual Giving team for up to 3 months.

The role is part remote, working from the London office on Thursdays. As a Fundraising Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the IG fundraising programme by supporting the administration of the day-to-day activities of the IG, Legacy and In Memory team; you'll be responsible for responding to enquiries across multiple channels including phone, email, social media and print, thanking supporters, collating results, recording invoices and providing an exceptional experience to our supporters. You'll also a play a part in our telemarketing campaigns, providing stewardship support, call listening and feedback to agencies.

Experience:
Essential
Experience of administrative processes
Experience of delivering excellent customer service/supporter care
Experience of using databases
Experience of building positive relationships with colleagues and external contacts
IT literate with intermediate level Microsoft Office 365 applications including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Sharepoint and Teams

Desirable
Experience of using Raiser's Edge
Knowledge of charity and data protection laws
Knowledge of the Fundraising Code of Practice
