Fundraising Product Manager

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a leading health charity in their search for a Fundraising Product Manager in order to cover period of 15 months.

Salary: 23,440- 26,044 + 3,500 London Allowance

Contract type:15 months FTC: London (1 day a week), or home based UK wide

You will work closely with the Senior Fundraising Product Manager to deliver successful fundraising products that will ensure the best supporter experience while increasing participation and income. You will work across fundraising products and be responsible for delivering the strategies and plans for products including income and recruitment targets and budgets.

The successful candidate will maximise the fundraising potential of products by planning activity which will increase the numbers of participants engaged and income they raise. Working with the Marketing Manager and Stewardship Manager all decisions and plans will be based on robust market and audience insight.
Product Mangers will monitor income and expenditure including ongoing re-forecasting. They will maintain accurate records on performance, income and expenditure, stock and distribution and measure agreed KPIs to produce accurate statistics to monitor and analyse performance, including overall ROI.

You will ideally have:

Effective promotional ideas that increase awareness and participation in fundraising
Marketing tools and techniques
Experience of working within fundraising, including:
- organising and marketing campaigns / events
Ability to organise effective schedules, co-ordinating multiple external and internal resources
Team working within own team and across an organisation.
