This is the perfect opportunity for a senior communications and marketing professional looking for a role with real impact!

Harris Hill are delighted to be supporting CDP’s Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) with the recruitment of an exciting Head of Communications and Marketing role.

As the Head of Communications and Marketing you will lead an expanding global team through an exciting phase of further growth, both in size and impact.

Your broad and senior marcomms experience will allow you to lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of a proactive integrated strategy spanning communications, media and digital.

Previous global experience will ensure you consider the complexities of an international audience, enabling you to support and advise the team on utilising appropriate messaging and tone in all SBTi communications.

Drawing on previous transformation experience you’ll establish the team ensuring the department is robust and their values are upheld despite major growth.

Your excellent stakeholder management skills will allow you to build relationships internally and externally with complex and senior stakeholders.

Location: London (However can be remote based across the UK)

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £61,000 - £75,000

About CDP’s Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi): it is a global body enabling businesses to set ambitious emissions reductions targets. It accelerates companies across the world to halve emissions before 2030 and achieve net-zero emissions before 2050. The initiative has an impressive list of partners such as the United Nations Global Compact, World Resources Institute (WRI) and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) and are growing at an impressive rate.
