Harris Hill are delighted to be working with The London Community Foundation to recruit their new Head of Finance.

The Head of Finance reports directly to the Director of Finance & Resources. They will contribute to all the financial operations of the charity and lead on providing first class financial management information. They will ensure that effective controls, compliance, and efficient systems are in place, whilst also contributing to the leadership, impact and performance as a member of the Heads of Team.

Location: Brixton, London (flexible working)

Reporting to: Director of Finance & Resources

Direct reports: None currently

Salary: £47,000 - £50,000

The London Community Foundation are looking for the following:

  • Passionate about, and ambitious for, London’s diversity and its communities

  • Ability to manage upwards
  • Comfortable working at pace and managing priorities
  • Experienced and confident people manager (whilst the post will not immediately have line management, this may change in due course)

The London Community Foundation can offer you the following:

  • Salary of £47,000pa to £50,000pa
