Harris Hill are recruiting for a Head of Finance & Operations for this well-established Charity based in Warwickshire.

You will ensure that all finances are properly administered, identifying financial risk updating statutory regulations, guidelines and best practice for the financial management of the charity, ensuring that the Chief Executive and Board of Trustees are advised and appraised of the statutory requirements.

The position requires you to maintain, develop and monitor financial procedures and administrative systems to ensure accurate capture of financial information as required by statute and Charities SORP; including accurate records of income and expenditure.

You will maintain and monitor proper use of charitable funds, including restricted funds, ensuring that expenditure remains appropriately controlled. Process monthly payroll, expense claims and P11D declarations and liaise with HR. Also prepare the end of year accounts for the annual audit and complete the annual returns for the Charity Commission, SORP.
