Harris Hill are recruiting for a Head of Finance and Operations for this well-established youth charity based in London

The position requires a highly motivated and enthusiastic Head of Finance and Operations with a sound knowledge of regulation and legislation affecting charities such as GDPR, combined with a strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and the SORP FRS 102.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant, with strong analytical skills and proven ability to implement and improve financial management systems. You will take the lead on providing high-quality financial management and reporting services to all areas of the organisation and meeting the financial information requirements of the trustees and management team.

This is a hands on position with an excellent opportunity for someone keen to use their skills and experience in strategic management of finance, compliance and operations, including HR, IT and data protection. The Head of Finance and Operations will be an active member of the Senior Leadership Team with responsibility for ensuring the strategic management of the Charities finances.

The Head of Finance and Operations will also be responsible for line managing the Finance Officer and the Operations Officer.
